SteamCraft irons have internal anti-calcium filters so they are tap water safe. We do recommend using the self clean function on a regular basis if the iron is used frequently to ensure any sediments or minerals are flushed out of the system. This is included in the instruction manual.

  Online and in-store orders have 30 days (from the date the accessory foot was purchased) to return a Singer accessory. The accessories must be returned in the original (undamaged) factory packaging.
