Ordering & Policies

• Every piece* is handmade at the Anagrassia Atelier and crafted to order.
• No refunds, exchanges, or returns are available for womenswear garments.
• After purchasing a custom garment over $200, you will receive a contract to sign before production begins.

Some pieces have been manufactured in Chicago, IL. Each listing will indicate if a piece was manufactured. (As of Spring 2025, only the banded tunics have been manufactured in Chicago, IL.)

International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. may purchase items only after signing a contract and wiring payment directly to Mary Grace. Please note that Anagrassia no longer processes international orders through Shopify or Etsy.
